Monday Feb 24, 2025
Monday Feb 24, 2025
Listen in on a special episode where Gian's romantic side makes one final appearance between going on a hiatus from the dating world. Things have been pretty rough in that department, as many people can attest to, so the moral of the story is to focus on the "bigger picture" and let life flow without forcing anything. Surely this letter won't bring tears to anyone's eyes.

Thursday Feb 13, 2025
Thursday Feb 13, 2025
Join Gian in another episode as he reflects on age, sickness, and seasonal depression colluding together shortly after turning 27 years old. There is also a moment where the state of the world is mentioned and how much it sucks for a lot of people right now. Fret not as Gian feels the pain of those going through a rough time and offers words of encouragement. Lastly, he reads an interesting mantra from one of his (already) favorite books called Single on Purpose: Redefine Everything, Find Yourself First by John Kim.

Ep. 13: Self-Love Above All
Friday Jan 31, 2025
Friday Jan 31, 2025
Listen in on Gian discussing words of wisdom on the topic of self-love. People often self-deprecate to the point that seeps into how they often treat others. Relationships are tarnished and only evolve into a vicious cycle all because people do not practice better habits on how to treat themselves better. There is much to take away from this episode as listeners are encouraged to take a step back and analyze their self-love meter.
